Program Reporting & Evaluation
CTAG has taken a leadership role in developing tools to evaluate and document the effectiveness of pesticide education and certification. CTAG members helped conceive of and develop CPARD, the Certification Plan and Reporting Database which allows State Lead Agencies, the EPA, and decision makers a means to quantify and qualify the effectiveness of state certification programs.
CTAG members also participated in the development and evaluation of USDA's PPRS-PSEP Database, Performance Planning & Reporting System for Pesticide Safety Education Programs which are administered by land grant colleges and universities nationwide.
